Nathan Lawrence, CEO – Nathan has a DPhil from the University of Oxford in electrochemistry and a postdoc from New Mexico State University. Prior to founding ANB Sensors he worked for over 10 years at Schlumberger. He likes Formula 1 and is a keen Manchester United fan.
Kay McGuinness, COO – Kay has a DPhil from the University of Sussex in polymer chemistry. She did a postdoc at Cambridge university before joining Schlumberger where she worked for 15 years. Kay likes baking, David Beckham and is a big Manchester United fan

Mark Pritchard, CCO – Mark has a strong history of establishing and scaling businesses on a global scale, coupled with numerous, successful, new product launches. Having lived and worked in Africa, Australia, North America, and across Europe, Mark has a diverse and international perspective. He enjoys travel, aviation & winter sports.
Chris Coping, Sales Strategy – Chris has a commercial background in all aspects of the aquaculture industry including salmon, seaweed, alternative ingredients and the application of bacteriophages in food safety. A swimmer and former runner, he is keen to see the ANB team adopt the colours of Manchester United!
Matt Blackwell, Inside Sales Engineer – Matt has previously worked within sales and logistical roles over the last 10 years. Outside of work he likes to write music as well as keeping active with sports such as swimming and running.
Vicki Georgiadis, Financial Controller – Vicki has a wealth of experience as a business consultant and is a qualified ACMA member. She enjoys playing hockey, going to the theatre, reading and can even speak Russian!
Scientists & Engineers
Brandon McHale, Electronics Engineer – Brandon has been an electronics engineer for more years than he cares to remember. He is a member of a walking group and is a season ticket holder at Spurs.
Rahul Raj, Electronics Engineer – Rahul has a Masters in Electronics & Computer Engineering from NJIT, USA. He likes football and is a keen Arsenal fan.
Stuart Gilchrist, Electronics Engineer – Stuart has a degree in physics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in radiation physics from QMUL. He enjoys podcasts on philosophy, is a regular gym goer, and a lifelong Liverpool fan.
Monica Miranda Mugica, Research Scientist, Monica has a Master’s in Polymer Chemistry from the University of the Basque Country following an internship at Polymat. Prior to working at ANB Sensors, she did a 6-month project at the University of Cambridge in Materials Science. Monica likes playing basketball & spending time with friends.
Christina Day, Research Scientist – Christina has a BSc in physics from the University of Warwick. She spends her free time as a freelance live sound engineer and enjoys photography and baking.
James Dyer, Assembler – James has assembly and manufacturing experience from several sectors including Aerospace and Pharmaceuticals. He enjoys long distance cycling and is an active member of Audax UK.
Nourhan Sherif, Assembler/Tester – Nourhan has a BSc in Earth Science from University College London, she enjoys playing football in her spare time and likes to travel around the country with friends and family.
Delyan Ivanov, Assembler/Tester – Delyan is passionate about technology and innovations. He has a systematic work approach with Lean manufacturing experience and knowledge. He studied management at Cambridge Regional College and is highly interested in 3D designs and printers.
