Inside Sales Manager/Technical Sales Specialist

Our unique sensors for water quality monitoring fill a gap in the market, and we are looking for a sales-focused, self-starting individual, who is keen to join us on our exciting journey as we scale for global success.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager/TSS is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our distributors and resellers and working with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The TSS will also work with the sales team to produce timely and accurate quotes and ensure the CRM is kept at an optimum. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsible For
  • Passionately and professionally represent the company and its technology at all times.
  • Liaise with and build long-term relationships with distributors and resellers, maintaining regular contact.
  • Respond promptly and proactively to qualify and develop incoming sales leads.
  • Accurately deliver quotations and process incoming orders.
  • Work directly with the team on various campaigns to build the sales pipeline.
  • Update and maintain the company CRM & database (Hubspot).
  • Assist with the organization and promotion of trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Complete administrative duties.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or account management.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
